Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Picture Artisan for work in Surry Hills Sydney. The ideal candidate will be competent in all aspects of picture framing, with an artistic background and ability to design and create custom frames that complement the artwork and suit the customer's preferences and decor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consulting with customers to design and create custom frames
• Selecting and working with various framing materials, including wood, metal, acrylic, and composite materials
• Measuring artwork precisely and cutting framing materials accordingly
• Assembling frames, ensuring they fit the artwork securely and accurately
• Inspecting finished frames to ensure quality and craftsmanship

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Competence in all aspects of picture framing
• Knowledgeable in various framing materials and their properties
• Artistic background and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
