About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of Personal Care Workers as a Residential Aged Care Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating personal care for residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide effective clinical and emotional support to residents, recognizing changes in their conditions and escalating observations and concerns when necessary.
We are looking for someone who has a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (Aged Care) and experience working in residential aged care or home care. If you have experience with dementia care and palliative care support, that's a plus
In addition to your qualifications and experience, you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
