Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and support to drive sales growth
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Process large volumes of stock and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Assist with visual merchandising and store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to drive sales and customer engagement
- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- Full availability to work weekends, late nights, and peak periods
- Passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets
