As a seasoned engineer with a proven track record, you will play a pivotal role in driving our backend systems forward. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to spearhead the design and implementation of large-scale initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive experience designing, building, and operating complex distributed systems at scale. They will also have deep expertise in at least one backend language, such as TypeScript, Python, Go, Java, or Rust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the technical vision and architectural standards for our backend stack. They will lead the design and implementation of company-wide initiatives, drive quality, process, observability, and tooling for their domain.

In addition to these responsibilities, they will be expected to utilize AI coding tools to accelerate development and pioneer new ways to integrate AI into our core systems.
