Workday Recruiting / Talent Implementation Expert

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and technical teams, solving complex problems in Workday intersystem solutions.


  • Become a Workday product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Leverage expertise to recommend best solutions based on client requirements and project phases.
  • Guide customers through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on industry best practices.
  • Regularly engage and support clients throughout all project lifecycle stages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Workday Recruiting and Talent products.
  • Design and implement effective configurations for optimal performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on Workday best practices and industry standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
