We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing faults, performing routine maintenance tasks, and conducting meticulous inspections to ensure machines are in optimal working condition.

  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact, addressing customer requirements and providing excellent customer service.
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and inspections on heavy machinery to ensure optimal working condition before handover.
  • Provide travel support, visiting various locations throughout the region to offer field service assistance and address customer needs.
  • Liaise and coordinate with planners to manage customer requests and machine requirements, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.
  • Report troubleshooting and repair findings both digitally and verbally with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

The Auto Electrician role requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work independently, using initiative to resolve complex issues and meet deadlines.
