About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Washroom Maintenance Technician in Bundaberg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing and maintaining washroom hygiene services, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing and maintaining washroom hygiene products and cleaning services to meet client requirements.
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Working autonomously and driving long distances to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with company safety parameters and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Current Australian driver's license and eligibility to work full-time in Australia.
  • Cleaning or related industry experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills to manage, maintain, and build upon client relationships.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work independently.
