Job Overview

We're looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of Release Manager. This position will play a key part in ensuring seamless software releases that meet required quality gates and maintain high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients on release planning to support their business goals.
  • Oversee release trains, ensuring changes can be traced through the pre-production environment stack.
  • Implement and improve processes and tools to streamline release processes across production and non-production environments.
  • Contribute to overall improvement in quality and the reduction of incidents in production.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in planning releases with technology teams and clients.
  • Proven track record of managing change releases following ITIL and Agile principles.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple delivery and client support teams to ensure releases meet quality gates and are suitable for production.
  • Dependency and risk management skills.
  • Monitoring and managing the availability and performance of pre-production environments.
  • Ensuring releases are compliant with client expectations and planning.
  • Providing training and support to teams in implementing new processes.
  • Focused on continuous improvement of processes and tools.
