**Key Role Summary**:

As a strategic leader, you will spearhead the implementation of our medical science liaison strategy across our therapeutic area. You will provide expert scientific and medical support to both internal and external customers, ensuring the optimal use of our medicines and driving best patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to integrate our medical science liaison strategy with commercial strategies.
  • Define clear roles, accountabilities, and KPIs for our MSLs.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine our strategy and operational plans based on KPI results to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and maintain oversight of customer mapping, engagement plans, and adherence to customer management platforms.
  • Leverage conferences as opportunities for professional development and customer engagement.
  • Lead our MSL team: Attract, develop, and coach high-performing individuals who embody our values and contribute to our talent management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in biology/pharmacology or other relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an MSL is preferred.
  • Proven people management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the MSL function and related capabilities.
