Job Summary:

\Abstract of this role is to combine technical expertise with exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting onsite AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, control systems, and displays.About the Role\

This position combines technical knowledge with excellent client-facing skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring seamless AV experiences for corporate clients through efficient maintenance and troubleshooting of onsite AV systems.
  • Supporting meeting setups, live events, and conference calls as required.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving technical issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications\

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual with:

  • Proven experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance.
  • Familiarity with major AV platforms and tools (e.g. Crestron, Extron, Zoom, Teams, Cisco Webex).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g. CTS, Crestron, or Extron) are a plus. Excellent time management and organisational skills are also desired.
