Strategic Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Director to spearhead organisational transformation, service enhancement initiatives, and workforce development within our Community Corrections and Specialist Operations Project Delivery Command.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Drive strategic reform projects from conception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to foster innovation and impact.
  • Sculpt organisational design, workforce planning, and service delivery models.
  • Promote change management and capability uplift across the CCSO workforce.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in project and program delivery within complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of offender management and public safety challenges.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for driving meaningful change and improving community outcomes.
