We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team based in Geelong, working on a part-time basis. You will report to the Group Manager and enjoy working in a busy store with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to improve sales potential within the store.
  • Maintain a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day.
  • Merchandise and replenish stock promptly, ensuring it is presented well.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail assistant experience with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Keen to learn new skills and develop expertise in our products.
  • Ability to work as an outstanding teammate in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining the presentation of the store.
  • Flexibility to work a varied roster between Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
  • Comfortable with manual handling, including lifting heavy items and standing for long periods.
  • Valid driver's license to assist with store deliveries.
