Electrical Product Specialist

Are you passionate about industrial electrical products? Do you have a strong understanding of technical product support and solution selling expertise?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Electrical Product Specialist. As a key member of our Internal Technical Specialists team, you will be responsible for delivering technical product support to our business.

About the Role

  • Support new and existing business opportunities in our Electrical category by leveraging your knowledge and expertise to identify solutions to our customer's needs.
  • Deliver technical product support to the Technical Specialist teams and business, including quote and tender response support with product recommendations.
  • Cross-function projects and initiatives to drive outcomes and improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical product support to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Product knowledge and expertise to deliver solutions to customer's needs.
  • Quote and tender response support with product recommendations to drive business growth.

Requirements

  1. Strong industrial electrical product knowledge and solution selling expertise.
  2. Proven track record in driving business outcomes.
  3. Ability to manage competing priorities and sense of urgency.
  4. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  5. Ability to build positive and effective working relationships across functions.
  6. Comprehensive Microsoft office skills, with CRM experience highly regarded.
