Overview of the Position
  • A seasoned program scheduler is needed to develop and maintain an integrated delivery schedule that aligns with corporate scheduling practices.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, including dependencies and constraints, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor and control program and project schedules, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions to stakeholders.
  • Critical path analysis and identification of schedule risks are essential skills for this role, as they enable the proposal of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to gather schedule-related information and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Prepare comprehensive schedule reports and presentations, communicating schedule status and performance to various audiences.
  • Mentor and build capability with staff regarding integrated program and project schedules, actively facilitating knowledge transfer within the organization.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in complex program scheduling structures is a must for this role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project is required.
