About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to join our team. These leadership roles will see you leading and supporting teams to deliver high-quality landscaping and horticultural services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily operations of grounds and parks maintenance crews
  • Undertake hands-on landscaping, turf, and general grounds maintenance tasks
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, safely and efficiently
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve operational goals
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • Previous leadership experience in landscaping, horticulture, or grounds maintenance
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a hands-on role
  • Sound knowledge of WHS practices
  • Current C class Driver's Licence (MR/HR licence desirable)
