Fine Art Gallery Liaison

We are seeking highly motivated and friendly staff to join our art gallery team. The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the daily operation of the gallery and providing exceptional customer service always ensuring a highly presentable and welcoming reception.
- Providing a courteous and effective service to the visiting public including information about exhibitions and public programs and addressing enquiries.
- Providing invigilation for the gallery including exhibitions, weekends and some out-of-hours duties for events and public programs.
- Administrative duties associated with the role.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications and experience relevant to the role in the arts, gallery or museum sector, customer service and retail;
- Holding a responsible service of alcohol (RSA) or being willing to obtain it;
- Experience in retail sales and familiarity using MYOB is highly desirable;
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure; and
- Being highly motivated and enthusiastic.
