Compassionate Care Professionals Wanted

We seek a dedicated and experienced professional to provide home help services to our aged care clients.

About the Role:

  • Provide general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and social support to our valued clients.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with our care teams to deliver high-quality care and services, tailoring support to meet individual needs.
  • Use your skills and experience to develop personalized care plans that enhance client wellbeing.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care.
  • Australian Driver's Licence and a roadworthy vehicle for occasional transport.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
  • Compassion, empathy, and commitment to delivering exceptional care.
