**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Education Leader to lead our Pre-Kinder team from Term 1, 2026.

This is a permanent full-time role commencing in 2026 aimed at a suitably qualified pre-kindergarten teacher to take on a leadership role in our pre-kindergarten program.

The successful candidate will ensure all students receive high-quality learning and personal development, implementing effective and cohesive educational practices with a distinctively Christian approach.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a pre-kindergarten teacher;
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with other teams;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to implement effective educational practices within a Christian framework.
