Job Opportunity: Agriculture Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of an Agriculture Trainee on our farm in the Colac Region. This position offers the successful candidate a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a real-world setting.

The trainee will work closely with our experienced farming team to learn all aspects of agriculture, from crop management to animal husbandry. They will also have the opportunity to undertake a Certificate III in Agriculture, further enhancing their knowledge and skills.

  • A strong work ethic is essential for this role, as is a willingness to learn and take direction.
  • The successful applicant should be driven and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A driver's license is advantageous but not essential.
