Senior Manager, Integration and Constructability

We are seeking a highly skilled leader to drive our transmission projects forward.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape Australia's critical transmission projects and lead specialist teams ensuring that designs are constructable, integrated, and future-ready from concept to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead constructability and integration reviews on major capital projects.
  • Partner with delivery, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure designs are field-ready.
  • Advise senior leadership on constructability risks, technical standards, and new innovations.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums and community workshops.
  • Mentor and develop a team of engineering specialists, driving a high-performance culture.
  • Influence strategic investment decisions by providing technical and commercial insights.
About You

You are a senior engineering leader with deep expertise in high-voltage transmission infrastructure and a passion for design for delivery principles.

Bring:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent qualification/experience).
  • Extensive experience in high-voltage substation and transmission line design, delivery, and integration.
  • Proven success in constructability leadership, risk management, and technical governance across major capital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of national and international technical standards, with an eye for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage communities, contractors, and industry partners.
  • A collaborative, high-integrity leadership style, with the ability to build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
