As a seasoned professional in SAP finance, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional systems support to our Clinical and Shared Services teams. Leveraging your extensive knowledge of SAP FICO and best practices, along with your outstanding problem-solving skills, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within corporate applications.

Reporting to the SAP Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing expert-level SAP support, managing master data in SAP, and delivering comprehensive training to Enterprise Systems team members. Additionally, you will use established techniques to identify current problems, elicit and specify business functional requirements, and manage complex requirements activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technology and systems analysis background, advanced knowledge of systems management, and excellent communication skills. They should also have experience working with SAP FICO, preferably S4/HANA, and familiarity with billing systems, particularly in the healthcare area. Any experience with Esker (OCR solution) and Blackline is highly valued.

You should also have a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and adaptability – comfortable with competing demands, ambiguity, and changing priorities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience with SAP FICO, preferably S4/HANA
