Merchandise and Supply Chain Coordinator

The Merchandise Analyst and Communication Coordinator will be responsible for the implementation and support of merchandise strategies to achieve sales, profit, and affordability targets. This role will conduct data analysis in support of the store support team, developing best practice data management and reporting processes to inform business decision-making.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Maintains effective communication with stores and internal stakeholders throughout Outback Stores.
2. Manages and maintains the Retail Activity Planner (RAP) for Outback Stores.
3. Administers and maintains Project Management Platforms and documentation.
4. First contact for Store for Merchandise, Supply chain and Nutrition tickets and queries.
5. Assists in generating and analysing weekly data, scrutinising unsatisfactory margins, sales and social metrics.
6. Assists in evaluating marketing and store information together with historical data and forward trends to develop department plans.
Compliance and Administration:
1. Complete all tasks in line with Outback Stores Policies and Procedures;
2. Assist in the review of policies, procedures, documentation and forms.
3. Provides communications support to the Source and Supply team.
4. Provide administration support to the Source and Supply Team.
5. Contribute to the management of all documents to meet audit requirements.
6. Ad hoc administration duties in line with experience as required.
