The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to deliver transformative technology solutions that align with their business objectives. This includes expanding and strengthening relationships within the Mining partner ecosystem to drive co-sell and joint go-to-market initiatives, driving account growth strategies, ensuring customer success through value-driven engagements, leading contract negotiations, closing deals that align with revenue and business growth objectives, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling AV Solutions based on client needs.

This role requires a proven track record in a business development or sales role within the technology sector, with a focus on AV Control Systems, Cisco Webex, Video Conferencing. The successful candidate must have experience selling or working with Microsoft, Cisco, cloud and security solutions, strong knowledge of AV technology and solutions, demonstrated success in building and growing strategic client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take full ownership of territory and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic business development plan focused on AV technologies.
  • Expand and strengthen relationships within the Mining partner ecosystem.
  • Drive account growth strategies.
  • Lead contract negotiations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling AV Solutions.
Requirements:
