We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist clients with personal care activities, including showering, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide domestic assistance, including light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Offer social support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings, providing transportation and support as needed

**Requirements**

  • Availability to work during the week and on weekends
  • High level of verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and hold a valid NSW Driver's license

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or Aged Care
  • 6 months experience working in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care
