Salary and Benefits
As a Support Worker with integratedliving, you can expect a competitive hourly rate of $30.61, plus superannuation, and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging options.
In addition to your base pay, you will also enjoy access to corporate discounts on private health insurance, travel allowances, and daily mobile allowances when using your own device for work-related purposes.
Job Description
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality person-centred care to our clients. Your key focus will be on providing domestic assistance, intimate personal care, transportation, and implementing health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients' care plans.
You will be responsible for working collaboratively with our clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans that promote optimal health and wellbeing outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need to possess a Certificate III or higher in Community Care, as well as a current drivers licence and a registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
You should also have a strong understanding of and passion for working with the elderly, as well as confidence in using different forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets.
A current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain one is also desirable.
