Youth Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate clinician to join our team in the Colac Mental Health Unit. This permanent part-time position supports the development of the new headspace Colac centre, which provides free, youth-friendly care for young people aged 12-25 with mental health concerns.
As an intake and treatment clinician, you will provide high-quality primary mental health interventions for young people, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated clinical care and treatment. Your expertise will enable you to deliver evidenced-informed counselling interventions tailored to the needs of young people and their families.
To be successful in this role, you must possess formal qualifications in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Psychiatric Nursing, including APHRA registration or membership of AASW where required. You will have demonstrated clinical skills in primary mental health practice and/or AOD with young people, as well as advanced clinical decision-making skills.
