Clinique - Counter Manager - Myer Belconnen - Part TimeJob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets, as well as experience in creating and executing in-store events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
  • Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient store operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:
  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
  • Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
  • Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
  • Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
