We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at a long-standing Tier 3 Builder in VIC, tendering for projects up to $30m.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the growth of the business by preparing and coordinating tender submissions and documentation.
- Proactively follow up and maintain communication with clients and subcontractors.
- Provide competitive but profitable cost estimates.
- Carry out quantity take-offs or produce estimates based on bills of quantities.
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Economics, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Previous estimating experience on commercial projects up to $30m is essential.
- Must have previous EOI and tender submission involvement.
- VIC-based experience and ability to develop key relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Able to estimate from first principles and provide effective cost-saving methods.
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic in a team environment.
