Role Overview

We seek a motivated and fashion-forward individual to join our sales team as a Part Time Sales Assistant. This dynamic role involves creating memorable experiences for customers, working together with the team to achieve sales targets, and maintaining a well-stocked store environment.

As a key member of our retail team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. Your passion for denim and commitment to teamwork will make you an asset to our high-energy team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by approaching and connecting with customers, making product recommendations, and achieving sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a smooth and efficient store environment, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
  • Contribute to a fun and supportive team environment by being a positive influence and role model.
Requirements
  • A minimum of [X] months' experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
