Job Title: Mobile Plant Service Technician

Location: Dandenong Branch

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to provide quality diagnostic, repair and maintenance services to our customer's equipment in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide onsite technical support on earthmoving equipment including diagnostics, repair and maintenance
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to our customers
  • Keep work sites tidy and all paperwork up to date
  • Conduct work in compliance with quality and safety standards and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have:
  • Relevant Trade Qualification - Certificate III in a Mobile Plant Technology or equivalent discipline (Diesel Mechanic)
  • Earthmoving equipment experience highly regarded
  • Current driver's license
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively solve technical issues
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and customer service etiquette
  • An uncompromising commitment to quality workmanship and safety policies and procedures
