Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our workforce solutions team. As a Workforce Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for analysing and implementing contract interpretations, managing stakeholders, building labour guidelines and creating labour pools in specific areas.

You will also be involved in developing training and onboarding plans with suppliers, providing consistent ongoing training, and planning and organising manning for scheduled shut-downs, roster work and coverage positions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in sales, agency blue-collar recruitment, MSP/RPO, and training and development exposure. You must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently.

You should be resilient and able to assess everyone's opinions to make the best decisions. If you have proven stakeholder management experience and a strong desire to make a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
