Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain plant, equipment, buildings, and services to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Ensure accurate records of all chemicals in use and adherence to relevant safety regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain the grounds in a neat and tidy manner, enhancing the overall appearance of our facilities.
  • Identify and complete preventative maintenance requirements, documenting schedules as necessary.
  • Ensure that preventative and corrective maintenance is performed within legal requirements and documented in relevant registers.

This role involves working collaboratively with a close-knit team to maintain the upkeep and maintenance of our residential aged care home. The ideal candidate will possess general hands-on maintenance or handyman skills, experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs, and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
