HDPE Pipe Welding Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled HDPE Pipe Welding Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Karratha, Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams, managing projects, and ensuring safe and efficient operations using various PE pipe welding machinery, lifting equipment, and associated scope of works on site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Provide clear instructions, work schedules, and ensure the completion of tasks in a safe and timely manner.
  • Maintenance Services: Ensure safe and efficient maintenance services in a remote environment, utilizing current trade qualifications in Plumbing and Gas Fitting (Western Australian Trade Recognised).
  • Project Management: Manage projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Current trade qualification in Plumbing and Gas Fitting (Western Australian Trade Recognised), HDPE Pipe/Sheet welding and installation experience with associated qualifications, PMBWELD301, PMBWELD302, PMBWELD305, PMBWELD309, Lifting Equipment qualifications and Experience, Mechanical/Welding Trade Background & Experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience providing maintenance services in a remote environment preferred, Leading hand experience, Previous Mine & Construction site experience working on projects, Current WA Driving Licence, High Risk work licenses, EWP, White Card.
