The role will be working within a small leasing team assisting in driving leasing opportunities and actively promoting the brand within the industry. You will be supported by a forward-thinking leadership team working in a state-of-the-art office environment.

The role requires someone with impeccable people skills and a proven track record in a transactional and/or property environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants, and buyers.
  • Analysis of market rents and research for credible and informed advice to customers.
  • Negotiate to secure lease and incentives on behalf of the client for all renewals, options to lease, relocations, and refurbishments.
  • Prospecting for new business.
  • Carrying out inspections, marketing, and listing of all new properties.

Our client is open to developing an up-and-comer who is seeking a transition from a related field in property into an office leasing environment. They may also consider someone coming from an alternative sales field offering transferable skills.

You will have already attained or be willing to attain your WA sales registration expeditiously.

Demonstrating an analytical approach to sales, you have strong interpersonal skills and a driven, motivated attitude to achieve success.

With advanced negotiation and critical thinking skills, you will also have a current driver's license and a reliable car.
