The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our close-knit design team, working alongside seasoned experts in the field. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of large-scale industrial refrigeration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of industrial refrigeration systems for large-scale projects.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring all technical and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, innovative refrigeration solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers within the team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the design of refrigeration systems for large-scale industrial projects.
  • Proven experience in the design of ammonia refrigeration systems is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant Australian standards and regulations.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
