We are seeking experienced Acute Registered Nurses to join our team and take on a new clinical challenge.
Our ICU provides high-quality patient care for a wide variety of medical and surgical conditions. The 12-bed unit offers specialized care for patients requiring constant monitoring, intensive nursing care, and advanced respiratory, cardiac, and renal support therapies.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Deliver exceptional patient care in an ICU setting under supervision and guidance from the leadership team.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care delivery needs.
- Demonstrate commitment to delivering high-quality care that aligns with our organization's philosophy.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- A minimum of two years' experience in an acute care role.
- The ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate care delivery needs of patients.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit (desired).
- ILS/ALS/CALS certification (desired).
- Postgraduate certificate or similar in acute care (desired).
