The Project Governance and Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end delivery of four new Medicare Urgent Care Clinics across South Eastern Melbourne.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for establishing project governance, managing procurement and risk, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored health solutions that meet urgent care needs in our community.
- Develop and implement project governance structures, risk mitigation plans, and project timelines to ensure successful delivery of services by 2025.
- Collaborate across business units to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
- Provide high-level project reporting, documentation, and strategic advice to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with the UCC Commissioning Senior Program Officer to integrate current UCCs into a consistent model of care.
- Influence and engage stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are strategic, evidence-informed, and community-focused.
Establish and maintain effective project governance structures to ensure efficient decision-making and issue resolution.
Develop and manage project risk mitigation plans to minimize potential risks and ensure project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project challenges and opportunities.
Provide expert advice on project management best practices to internal stakeholders.
