As a Technical Application Expert on our Professional Services team, you will play a critical role in helping our customers maximize the value of our technology and achieve their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, administer, configure, and maintain Dynatrace technology at customer sites
- Develop expertise in using Dynatrace technology to analyze and resolve application performance issues
- Mentor and train customers on best practices for optimizing application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Earn the confidence of customers as a trusted advisor in application performance management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Math, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Professional Services Consultant or Delivery consultant within the IT industry
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex environments
- Strong understanding of application performance management concepts and technologies
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
About the Role
This is a full-time opportunity with a salary range of AUD $100K-$120K per annum, plus additional benefits and rewards. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong background in application performance management, we encourage you to apply.
