Job Title

A physiotherapist is sought to work across our operations and provide specialized service in the management of musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace.

The successful candidate will be responsible for triaging and managing patient caseloads, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment and management plans, and providing clinical physiotherapy treatment and exercise rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities
  • Triage and manage patient caseloads according to clinical priorities and service needs.
  • Conduct clinical assessments of musculoskeletal disorders and develop treatment and management plans.
  • Provide clinical physiotherapy treatment and exercise rehabilitation programs.
  • Assist the health and safety team with development and implementation of education and coaching of personnel involved within the injury management process.
  • Contribute musculoskeletal subject matter expertise to injury investigations and guide action plans to prevent reoccurrence.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in physiotherapy.
  • Registration with the appropriate professional body as a physiotherapist.
  • Relevant clinical experience with a proven track record in outpatient musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
  • Understanding of current work, health and safety legislation and adopting a risk management approach to injury prevention and management.
