Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Radiography Supervisor to support our team in providing high-quality imaging services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Radiographer to take the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high-quality, efficient imaging service in general radiography, providing assistance in day-to-day management of general radiography, and ensuring correct and safe imaging techniques are adhered to.

They will also be involved in identifying and implementing general radiography service provision improvements, coordinating and supervising University and Work Experience student programs, and performing other duties as directed by Site Supervisor or Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high-quality, efficient imaging service in general radiography
  • Provide assistance in day-to-day management of general radiography
  • Ensure correct and safe imaging techniques are adhered to
  • Identify and implement general radiography service provision improvements
  • Coordinate and supervise University and Work Experience student programs
  • Perform other duties as directed by Site Supervisor or Regional Manager
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High level communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated team leadership skills, with a willingness to be part of and manage a professional imaging team
  • Ability to add value through a continuous improvement mindset for a professional imaging team
  • Ability to effectively liaise with a range of internal stakeholders
  • Current AHPRA registration and Radiation Use Licence
  • Driver's licence as required to travel between sites
