The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join our leading Band 1 Dispute Resolution team based in Melbourne. In this role, you will work closely with leading commercial disputes partners and senior lawyers across the local, national and global firm. You will undertake a range of work that supports local, national and international clients on general commercial litigation, including commercial and corporate disputes, contentious regulatory matters, class actions, internal investigations, inquiries as well as other complex and strategic disputes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to an excellent client service by handling files, identifying issues and providing solutions;
  • Play a key role in projects to further develop business opportunities with existing and new clients;
  • Work with colleagues in our interstate and international offices to deliver exceptional results.

What We Offer:
