Key Responsibilities- No two days are ever the same as you work to make a real difference to people with a disability daily.
- You will take control over your week by autonomously managing clients (assessments, diagnosis, planning & treatments) with a realistic caseload.
- Work with a diverse caseload of clients to widen your clinical experience and skills.
- Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients in community environments, focusing on achieving their personal goals.
- Collaborate with families, health professionals, educational staff to attain stronger client outcomes.
- Deliver accurate, timely and high-quality reports.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team approach to improve outcomes.
- Learn and grow in the organisation with a focus on Professional Development and opportunities for progression to senior clinical and management roles.
