Occupational Therapist Role

This permanent part-time position involves supporting clients to improve their mental health, daily functioning, and overall wellbeing. You'll conduct comprehensive assessments, develop evidence-based interventions, and deliver patient-centred care as an Occupational Therapist.

  • Assess clients' functional abilities, daily routines, and psychosocial needs to develop targeted interventions.
  • Deliver evidence-based, personalised care to enhance independence, coping strategies, and life participation.
  • Support clients in building skills for self-care, work, education, and community engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with allied health professionals to provide holistic, person-centred care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation to monitor progress and ensure meaningful outcomes.

This role is based at our new centre in Roselands, with opportunities for growth as we expand nationally.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • 3–5+ years of clinical experience in occupational therapy (mental health, rehabilitation, or community care highly regarded).
  • Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful client and colleague relationships.
