Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Coordinator/ Administrator to join our growing team for an exciting and diverse role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all maintenance and minor projects to completion, including job setup, purchase orders, coordinating trade labour, customer reporting, and invoicing.
  • Respond promptly to all maintenance requests.
  • Efficiently manage trade/labour resources to complete works.
  • Develop relationships with customers.
  • Ensure regular reporting on maintenance job status to customers.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Administer and coordinate daily tasks, projects, and administrative support as requested.
  • Provide project administration support to the project team.
  • Report directly to the General Manager of the business.
  • Opportunity for interstate and international travel.
