About the Role

We're seeking charismatic and enthusiastic Christmas Sales Assistants to join our team this season. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice on our products
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including homeware and bedding ranges
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Contribute to visual merchandising displays and maintain store presentation standards
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card payments

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a love of beautiful homewares
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A positive attitude, with a can-do approach and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings during peak trading periods
