About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Brand Manager to lead the execution of brand and retail campaigns and play a vital role in our ongoing success.

In this pivotal role, you will drive the brand's presence and reputation across WA. Reporting to the Group Head of Marketing, you will manage brand budgets and optimise for return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy & Campaigns: Develop and execute brand, PR, and sales-focused campaigns.
  • Brand Advocacy: Be a dedicated advocate for the brand, ensuring alignment with our values in all communications and initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the centralised marketing team, Head of Marketing, and other team members to ensure all brand activities are aligned and executed effectively.
  • Content & Creative Management: Oversee the creation of all brand materials, brief creative and digital teams, coordinate photography and videography, and ensure all content adheres to our brand guidelines.
  • Media Relations: Drive and manage media relationships, assist with enquiries and press releases, and generate ideas for editorial content.
  • Sponsorships Acquisition: Assess sponsorship requests from local community groups and organisations, providing recommendations on investments that foster a positive brand image.
  • Digital & Data Management: Manage website content management system updates, CRM data, create content for paid digital channels, and track campaign performance.
  • Operational Excellence: Track and report on marketing performance, approve invoices, and brief and prioritise internal job requests.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • A strong track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with website CMS and CRM systems, familiarity with project management tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A meticulous eye for detail to ensure all materials are on-brand and meet high-quality standards.
