Position Overview:

  HRG is seeking a skilled Transmission Linesworker to join our team in Australia. This permanent, full-time position offers an attractive salary package.

  The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and construction tasks on transmission lines, working with a variety of structures and line voltages from 66kV to 500kV.

  Key Responsibilities:

  •     Performing routine maintenance and construction tasks on transmission lines, including trenching, lifting, and climbing poles.
  •     Installing and repairing poles, cables, and electrical equipment related to overhead transmission systems.
  •     Operating various equipment while maintaining a strong commitment to workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols.
  •     Utilizing technology to complete electronic and paper reports, ensuring accurate documentation of work completed.

  Requirements:

  •     Possessing a current Certificate III or equivalent qualifications in Electrical Transmission.
  •     Holding a relevant Electrical Workers Licence (Transmission) or the ability to obtain one for the state in which you work.
  •     A minimum of 2 years' experience as a fully qualified Electrical Linesworker.
  •     Experience in LiveLine work is highly desirable.
  •     Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team environment.

  We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
