We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Asset Remediation and Protective Coatings team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site services or project management, with experience working on industrial or engineering projects. They will be responsible for leading and supporting site teams, championing a safety-first culture, and building strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading site teams including Leading Hands, Team Leaders, and Supervisors
  • Championing a safety-first culture and ensuring compliance with WHS policies, laws, and standards
  • Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service delivery
  • Providing weekly job reports and ensuring proper documentation for invoicing
  • Managing site remedial and protective coatings works, rate job terms, major service agreements, and contracts
  • Overseeing job execution to meet quality, cost, safety, and performance benchmarks
  • Conducting internal and external audits for quality and safety management
  • Representing the team in client engagements and inspections
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand services with new and existing clients
Requirements :
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in site services or project management within industrial or engineering sectors working on Asset Remediation & infrastructure projects
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Protective Coatings & Concrete Remediation
