CRT Program is a leading provider of disability support services, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to our clients.
About the PositionThis position involves providing individualized support services to people with disabilities, focusing on enabling independence and promoting community participation.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic chores
- Supporting clients to develop skills and abilities, such as budgeting and cooking
- Facilitating participation in social events, recreational activities, and community programs
- Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Certificate IV in Community Services or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in disability support or a related field
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance
- WWC – Working With Children Clearance
- Police Clearance
- COVID-19 – infection control certificate
- NDIS orientation induction module certificate
- First Aid / CPR certificate
- Personal 100-point ID
- Driver License
