CRT Program is a leading provider of disability support services, committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to live independent and fulfilling lives. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to our clients.

About the Position

This position involves providing individualized support services to people with disabilities, focusing on enabling independence and promoting community participation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and domestic chores
  • Supporting clients to develop skills and abilities, such as budgeting and cooking
  • Facilitating participation in social events, recreational activities, and community programs
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Certificate IV in Community Services or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in disability support or a related field
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance
  • WWC – Working With Children Clearance
  • Police Clearance
  • COVID-19 – infection control certificate
  • NDIS orientation induction module certificate
  • First Aid / CPR certificate
  • Personal 100-point ID
  • Driver License
