We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our statewide rehabilitation services team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with children and young people in the youth justice system, administering evidence-based clinical assessments and delivering targeted interventions.

About the Role

  • Administer comprehensive clinical assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for children and young people in community and custody settings.
  • Provide specialist clinical guidance and support to case managers, behaviour support specialists, and other staff to ensure best practice outcomes.
  • Conduct research and analysis in a specialist clinical portfolio area to inform recommendations for senior staff and improve overall practice.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of two years' experience working directly with children and young people.
  • General Registration as a Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) or equivalent qualifications.
